Hybrid Teaching Strengths finder
Analytical tool / Teaching material
Based on analysis of our strengths and weaknesses in e-learning, we developed a self-assessment tool for teachers who want to make better use of the potential of e-learning, including online students’ collaboration.

Completing our online research survey helps identify areas that are didactically well organized and also areas in need of improvement. The user receives a manual and an overview of the test results. If appropriate, a suggestion to take the IO #2 course is made.

The practical tool has been created as a result of the 1st phase of the project. The analyzer can be of interest to educational institutions and serve as a basis for changes. It provides an in-depth assessment in terms of the quality of hybrid teaching as well as tips on possible improvements in the areas of: technical readiness, classroom management, teacher’s personal skills, and students’ responsibility for learning.

Novelty: an active tool available online instead of a passive report.

Experienced staff of our Polish and Icelandic partners provide advice on 4 aspects regarding distance / hybrid learning: a) technical, b) managerial, c) personal, d) responsibility of students.

<== The 3 minute trailer to the webinar introduces the concept of Connected Learning.

In the complete webinar, effective teaching techniques through collaboration and good practices in the field of integrating students with special needs are discussed.

Thanks to the guidance from the course, other interested institutions will be able to make gradual changes or improvements in the modus operandi of their staff without having to alter curricula.

The effect will improve the quality of hybrid/online teaching.

Novelty: a change in approach to distance learning, illustrating advantages of this form and how to make it a good tool for students to acquire knowledge and life skills.
