Hybrid Teaching Strengths finder
Analytical tool / Teaching material
Based on analysis of our strengths and weaknesses in e-learning, we developed a self-assessment tool for teachers who want to make better use of the potential of e-learning, including online students’ collaboration.

Completing our online research survey helps identify areas that are didactically well organized and also areas in need of improvement. The user receives a manual and an overview of the test results. If appropriate, a suggestion to take the IO #2 course is made.

The practical tool has been created as a result of the 1st phase of the project. The analyzer can be of interest to educational institutions and serve as a basis for changes. It provides an in-depth assessment in terms of the quality of hybrid teaching as well as tips on possible improvements in the areas of: technical readiness, classroom management, teacher’s personal skills, and students’ responsibility for learning.

Novelty: an active tool available online instead of a passive report.
